Jonathan Walston
I am the Founder of BetterBoss.ai and my name is Jonathan Walston.
I have extensive education in leadership, operational excellence, and organizational culture.
I have studied the work of many of the great minds in leadership, quality, and organizational excellence. During my studies and throughout my career I began to see trends and knew that there was a better way.
This is the reason that I founded BetterBoss.ai because I believe that the future success of leadership throughout society can benefit from the integration of iterative knowledge improvement, data feedback loops, and Artificial Intelligence.
My education includes: A.S., B.S., M.S., a Graduate Business Certificate, and now I am a Doctoral candidate through Indiana State University.
